Really good - needs page numbers

I am very impressed. This app is better than iBCP - the pages scroll, which is a huge improvement over iBCP, there are hyperlinked rubrics, and there is an up-to-date calendar-based lectionary that clicks through to scripture readings - AND you can access scripture readings from the relevant parts of worship services. Excellent.

My one request is that you add page numbers - much like an Altar Book, when using this app to lead worship it would be helpful to be able to call out the relevant page numbers for those who are still using BCP 1.0 (print editions!).
