Great App! Two suggestions...

At first I didnt really understand how this app was designed. But to more I use it the more I really like it! I have two suggested enhancements, that I would be willing to pay for:
1) Provide an ESV translation, and 2) an option to add highlights & notes to the text. Thanks!
